Alfawise A8 Pro 2.4G + 5G Wifi Android Magic TV Box is an android TV box that sells for only $ 29.49, which is actually one of the most affordable options. It has a dual band Wi-Fi and supports 4k content running on Android 8.1. It uses a rock ship processor it's the 32:29 otherwise this particular rock chip is a quad-core processor, but it has 2GB of RAM that I think is actually pretty good for a $ 29.49 TV box very generic.

The accessories:

Alfawise A8 Pro has enough accessories including a HDMI 3 cable that is actually quite impressive and a proprietary power adapter. We also have the remote control that is using infrared is a very budget model. It is not accompanied with built-in Bluetooth, it's a limitation to keep in mind. it has a standard USB port as well if you want to connect a mouse or other devices.

What is interesting about this TV box is the plastic which is actually semi transparent, if you have pointed the light, you can actually distinguish some of the ports below, the box is much smaller so if you have owned an Android TV Box from a year or two earlier used were much bigger, while Alfawise A8 Pro is then shrunk and made entirely of plastic, it is surprisingly lightweight.

We have all the controls, including the HDMI to connect the AV port for Ethernet audio if you do not want to use Wi-Fi. The power ports on the side and we have two USB 2.0 ports for connection accessories , hard drives, chips drives for micro SD card local storage.

You can select the language, if English by typing OK and selecting the time zone and after we are just ready and we are in the UI, you can see that it is really been customized. With grids that are easier to navigate using the included remote control between all the different applications and it works pretty well. There is YouTube, Netflix pre-loaded as well as a basic file manager, the Google Play Store to download more content than you would like, etc.

I do not know why there is a camera here because it is not functional. you can also segment these applications into different pages through the settings so that you can customize off panels sliding from left to right with different types of content and now everything is grouped together.

You can change your resolution up to 4k if the file itself or the video is saved or downloaded at 4k resolution.

you can also search Google, but unfortunately If you want to use the support for Google you would have to connect one using a USB port but you can access this feature and it's quite surprising then this is another type of application streaming that consolidates various services like Kodi Netflix even YouTube and twitch so you can search through different types of channels.

For video content, it is very good and for games, I certainly would not recommend this box, but for things like video streaming up to 4k, you can see the video itself that actually works pretty well .

In the end though, if you want something that is low cost and the essentials, this is not a bad option.
