• Free for landline calls from Mast Jio to Jio and Jio. You need to select an IUC top-up voucher to make a non-Geo mobile call. For every 10 bucks spent on off-net mobile voice calls, an additional complimentary 1GB of data will be deposited into the customer's account.
• Prepaid charges include all applicable taxes. The applicable taxes will be extra for all postpaid tariff plans.
• Any prepaid or postpaid plan subscription is available to all customers and Rs. 99.
• 28 days a month for prepaid customers and for postpaid customers it refers to a billing cycle.
• The customer must have an active prepaid/postpaid plan to receive the additional benefits offered under Geo Prime.
• All postpaid customers opting for Geo Prime will also have to opt for e-bill and autopay options.
• The plans are intended solely for the personal use of the services included in the abuse / fraudulent use / unauthorized telecommunication and commercial use rights reserved by RJL as part of the plan.
• Voice charges under the plan voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls to premium numbers, IN numbers and other chargeable short codes; Customers will be charged the same as applicable.
• Voice and/or SMS benefits are not included in all plans / ISD plans/offer IR packs. Please check the benefits of your plan before making a choice.
• Unlimited SMS mentioned in the benefits of the scheme will be provided in accordance with the rules of the Tri.
• The talk-time mentioned in the top-up voucher refers to the value of money that can be used to receive chargeable services while the customer is on an action plan.
• Once the prepaid recharge is processed, cash cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.
• Unused free benefits will be forfeited at the end of the validation period.
• RJIL reserves the right to restrict the number of devices that may be connected to a user's device when used as a personal hotspot and will be communicated from time to time whenever applicable. Currently, there are no restrictions on the number of devices that can be connected to users (also known as tethering) when using as a personal hotspot.
• Consumer data will be equally debited against plan data allocation for GEO applications, video calls and other content available on the Internet.
• The above 4G plans are available only to customers with LTE compatible devices
